What is your return policy?

We accept unused items for up to 10 days from the purchase date for store credit. All holiday, sale & custom orders items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Can I personalize an item?

Absolutely! We offer personalization on most items for an added cost.

How long is the turnaround time on personalized items?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for an item to be personalized and shipped. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Please add a note at checkout if you would like your gift to be wrapped. 

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Please reach out and we will be happy to assist you.

What are your store hours?
We love giving you the attention you deserve, for now we are opened by appointment only.

Are you open during holidays?

We are closed during most Jewish Holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs range depending on the destination, weight & dimensions of the shipment. You can see the shipping cost at checkout.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship outside the U.S. but please be aware that higher receiving costs may incur depending on where you are located. Please note: Shipping outside the U.S also takes longer to get to you.

When can I expect my item to arrive?

We try our best to get your items out within 2-3 days as your order if it is placed during regular business hours. Depending on your location, an item can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to arrive when ground shipping is selected at checkout. 

Do items need to be toveled?

Our items are not previously toveled.
