A Perfect Present accepts returns for store credit within 10 days from day of purchase.

Gifts are not returnable, you can exchange a gift within 15 days of purchase. Mishloach Manos & Corporate Gifting are not returnable or exchangeable.

Gift cards are non transferrable.

Shipping:

We are pleased to offer a flat rate shipping fee for orders under $150 and free shipping for most orders $150 and up. Please note bulky/ heavy items and mishloach manos have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 due to size and special packaging required.

LA Local Delivery:

All wrapped gifts and mishloach manos must select the local delivery rate at checkout. Rates start at $15 and will vary by zipcode.

All local orders have the option for free pickup as well.
